TeckRide Return Policy
At TeckRide Inc., we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we have established the following return policy to provide clarity on the process.
This policy aligns with our warranty program and applies to all purchases made through TeckRide.
1. Return Policy for TeckRide-Branded Products
TeckRide offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for TeckRide-branded products. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns (Return Shipping Covered by TeckRide)
- Fitment Issues: If the item does not fit as intended (provided that it was correctly selected for the appropriate make, model, and year), we will accept a return and cover the return shipping cost. If the order is local, we will arrange for pickup.
- Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will accept the return at no cost to the customer and provide a replacement or refund.
Returns for Any Other Reason (Buyer Pays Return Shipping & Restocking Fee)
If a customer chooses to return a product for any reason other than fitment issues or defects, the following conditions apply:
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
TeckRide reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, used, or missing parts.
2. Return Policy for Products from Other Brands
For products from brands that TeckRide distributes but does not brand itself, we follow the return policies set by each respective manufacturer. Customers should review the specific return policy of the brand before initiating a return.
If the manufacturer allows returns under their policy, we will assist in processing the return according to their terms. TeckRide is not responsible for policies set by third-party brands and cannot override their decisions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order items
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Clearance or final sale items
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact TeckRide Customer Support – Provide the order number, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of defects or fitment issues).
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number – Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item Back – If the return is due to a defect or fitment issue, TeckRide will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for local pickup. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund Processing – Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued according to the return conditions outlined above.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in the customer’s account.
