TeckRide Shipping Policy

At TeckRide Inc., we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. This shipping policy outlines the processing, handling, and delivery timelines for both in-stock and custom-made products, as well as options for local pickup and international shipping.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • In-Stock Orders: Orders for products that are in stock are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment is processed.
  • Custom-Made Orders: For made-to-order or custom products, manufacturing typically takes 2-3 weeks, followed by 4-5 business days for shipping.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Methods

Local Orders (Available for Select Areas)

For orders within our local delivery areas, we may use:

  • Local Couriers – Third-party courier services to ensure timely delivery.
  • TeckRide Staff Delivery – In some cases, we may deliver the order directly using our in-house team.

Local Pickup Option

If you are in a local delivery area and prefer to pick up your order in person, you may do so by contacting us in advance. Pickup times and locations will be coordinated to ensure a smooth handover.

Orders Shipped Within Canada

For customers outside our local delivery areas but within Canada, we partner with reliable carriers to ship orders efficiently. Shipping times will depend on the courier and destination.

Orders Shipped to the U.S.

TeckRide ships to the United States. Orders to the U.S. typically take 5-10 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees as required by U.S. regulations.
  • Some oversized or restricted items may have additional shipping requirements or limitations.

3. Shipping Times & Potential Delays

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the courier used. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Unforeseen delays: While we strive to deliver orders on time, TeckRide is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments using the tracking details provided.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination.
  • Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees as required by their country’s regulations.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, TeckRide is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Customers should file a claim directly with the courier in such cases.
  • Damaged Packages: If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must report the issue to TeckRide within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the packaging and product for claim processing.

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of order.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
