TeckRide Warranty Policy

At TeckRide, we are committed to providing high-quality products and professional services. As both a distributor and a provider of TeckRide-branded products, we stand behind the quality of what we sell. This warranty policy outlines the coverage, terms, and conditions that apply to products and services purchased through TeckRide.

1. Product Warranty

TeckRide-Branded Products

All TeckRide-branded products are covered under a limited defect warranty for a period of four (4) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use. If a defect arises within the warranty period, TeckRide will provide replacement parts as necessary.

Important Conditions:

  • This warranty applies only to defects in materials and manufacturing. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or modifications.
  • Certain products require proper installation for the warranty to be valid. If a defect arises due to external factors that alter fitment, the warranty will not apply. Customers are encouraged to contact TeckRide for guidance on proper installation if needed.
  • Examples of factors that may void warranty coverage include, but are not limited to:
    • All-weather floor mats and liners: If they are not installed properly (e.g., placed on top of existing mats instead of directly onto the vehicle floor) or if interior modifications affect their fitment, warranty claims related to improper fitment will not be covered.
    • Body panels and aftermarket accessories: If third-party accessories or modifications alter the original interior or exterior dimensions, leading to fitment issues, warranty coverage will not apply.
    • Body kits and aerodynamic parts: Certain exterior modifications, such as body kits, spoilers, and other aerodynamic parts, require professional installation for proper fitment and functionality. Warranty claims for these items may be denied if they are not installed by a qualified professional.

Products from Other Brands

As an authorized distributor for multiple brands, TeckRide follows the warranty policies set forth by each respective manufacturer. If you purchase a non-TeckRide product through us, any warranty claims will be processed in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Customers should refer to the official warranty documentation provided by the brand for details on coverage, limitations, and claim procedures.

TeckRide is not responsible for warranty decisions made by third-party manufacturers but will assist customers in reaching out to the appropriate brand for support.

2. Service Warranty

TeckRide offers professional services, including:

  • Vinyl Wrapping
  • Ceramic Coating
  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Each service includes two separate warranties:

  1. Material Warranty – Covers defects in the material itself and follows the warranty terms set by the manufacturer of the vinyl, ceramic coating, or PPF. The coverage period will be determined by the specific manufacturer’s policy.
  2. Craftsmanship Warranty – TeckRide guarantees the quality of its installation and workmanship. The duration of this warranty will match the manufacturer’s material warranty.

For example, if a vinyl wrap manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty on the material, TeckRide’s craftsmanship warranty will also be 5 years. If a ceramic coating has a 3-year material warranty, our craftsmanship warranty will also be 3 years.

Craftsmanship Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Proper adhesion and installation of materials
  • No premature peeling, bubbling, or improper application due to installation errors
  • Aesthetic and functional integrity of the installation

Exclusions from Craftsmanship Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, harsh chemicals, or environmental factors
  • Accidents, misuse, or modifications made by third parties after installation
  • Failure to follow manufacturer-recommended care instructions

Customers are encouraged to follow proper maintenance guidelines to maximize the longevity of their service applications.

3. Warranty Claims & Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • Clear documentation of the defect, including photos or videos where applicable.
  • A description of the issue and details of how the product or service was used.

TeckRide reserves the right to inspect the product or service in question before approving any warranty claims. Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may be required to return the defective product for evaluation.

4. General Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality.
  • Issues arising from modifications, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Labor costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or repairs unless explicitly stated.
  • Shipping costs related to warranty claims unless covered under a specific manufacturer’s policy.

TeckRide reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Any decisions made regarding warranty coverage are final.
